Loveland veterinary services – delivered with courtesy and respect!
As a client of our Loveland based veterinary practice, you can expect a thorough medical examination of your cat or dog.
Once you have been checked in, the receptionist will bring you and your pet to one of our four examination rooms. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will begin the exam by gathering information for the doctor. This includes collecting your pet’s medical history, as well as the reason for your visit.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, ask further questions, and may recommend diagnostic tests. Once these tests have been run, the doctor will discuss possible diagnoses and potential treatment plans. This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to ensure that you understand all of the information provided to you before pursuing treatment.
Once the doctor has finished their exam, a technician will help wrap up the appointment by providing useful hand-outs and answering any further questions. Our technicians do their best to check clients out directly in the exam room in order to avoid waiting times in the lobby.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
We look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
